Yes, Tsukán Cenote facilities has restrooms, showers, and changing rooms.
With the Xichén Clásico Tour, you will visit Tsukán Cenote, where you can swim (mandatory use of a life jacket at no additional cost). With the Xichén Deluxe Tour, you will visit the Santuario Tsukán cenote.
The visit to the Tsukán Cenote is for about 45 min. It requires a mandatory life jacket to swim (rental included).
The tour lasts 1 hour and 45 min. After the tour, visitors have 1 h 15 minutes of free time.
The time will depend on your hotel location. Xichén Clásico and Xichén Deluxe tours last approximately 10 hours after leaving the hotel until return. Arrival at hotels in Cancun is around 6:50 p.m., for hotels in Riviera Maya at 7:20 p.m.
