Once your reservation is confirmed and paid, the price shown at the time of booking is final and guaranteed. Get 15% off the regular price if you buy online 21 days in advance, and 10% if you buy 7 days in advance.
Yes, Tsukán Cenote facilities has restrooms, showers, and changing rooms.
With the Xichén Clásico Tour, you will visit Tsukán Cenote, where you can swim (mandatory use of a life jacket at no additional cost). With the Xichén Deluxe Tour, you will visit the Xkeken cenote.
The visit to the Cenote is for about 45 min. It requires a mandatory life jacket to swim (rental included).
The tour lasts 1 hour and 45 min. After the tour, visitors have 1 h 15 minutes of free time.
The time will depend on your hotel location. Xichén Clásico and Xichén Deluxe tours last approximately 10 hours after leaving the hotel until return. Arrival at hotels in Cancun is around 6:50 p.m., for hotels in Riviera Maya at 7:20 p.m.
The Xichén Tour is about 9 to 12 hours lenght. It depends on your hotel’s or selected meeting point location.
